Fundraiser for Pakistan Flood Relief 2022

Assalamu’ Alaikum brothers and sisters,

ISGH would like to cordially invite all the Central PA families to fundraising for Pakistan Flood Relief with helping hand (HHRD) at ISGH (Islamic Society of Greater Harrisburg) on Saturday, September 24th, 2022, beginning 7:00 PM, In Shaa Allah.

Millions have been affected by monsoon flooding across Pakistan since June 2022. The country has faced extensive damages to homes, roads, bridges, and power stations with the Sindh and Punjab provinces being hit the hardest.
As of now, unprecedented rainfall and flash flooding has left over 633,091 in shelters, damaged 1,688,005 homes, and affected 118 out of 160 districts. The county has declared this a humanitarian disaster of epic proportions.
These donations will be utilized towards Pakistan Flood victims. We strongly encourage every family to contribute generously and support our brothers and sisters in dire need in Pakistan and attend the event in ISGH insha-Allah.

Imam Suleiman Hani will be our guest speaker. He is the Director of Academic Affairs at Al-Maghrib Institute, a research scholar for Yaqeen Institute.
